QuickPair Pairing Instructions
Headsets with QuickPair are automatically in pairing mode when powered on until paired with the first device.

• Step 1: Start with headset powered OFF. Hold down headset Call Control button for four seconds--release when Indicator Light flashes red and blue. Headset is now discoverable. Headset will remain discoverable until it is paired with its first device.
• Step 2: Use your device’s menu to enter its pairing mode and select 220Plantronics on the display. 0000 is the pairing passkey.
• Subsequent Pairings: To manually place headset in Pairing Mode, begin with the headset turned off, then press the call control button for 8-10 seconds until the headset indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 60 seconds. To pair with a phone, repeat Step 2.
• Reconnection for Previously Paired Devices: If the Bluetooth phone and your Plantronics Bluetooth headset have been out of range for an extended amount of time or if the headset and/or phone were turned off and do not automatically reconnect, simply do a short press of the call control button and the devices will reconnect.

OK for a first try, July 29, 2011
This is my first Borg implant, so I'm not sure what I should have expected. It seems to work ok. The ear piece doesn't fit in your ear and the ear loop is a pain to use. The mic does seem to pick up well and I can hear it ok. The connection to my phone doesn't seem particularly solid. I get lots of static and break ups if the phone is on the opposite side of my body from the heat set. Another head set I have (Parrot SK4000 Helmet Headset) has a much better connection from several feet away.

Since I planned to hack this thing anyway, most of those short comings don't matter. If you want a headset, there probably are better options.

The product is 5n and is good to use, but there is a lot of shot noise which is really annoying. I use it only when I have to use it. You can still here the call inspite of some noise.

My package arrived on time as promised and the bluetooth worked like I expected, light weight and easy to use,very happy with my purchase going to buy one for a friend !

This headset functions well. Pairing was a cinch, but the rubber piece that goes in your ear is a weird shape and cannot be removed. That part is awful! I'm thinking about cutting it off with a razor blade. If it weren't for that minor detail, this product would get 5 stars, but as it is, I can't make myself give it more than 3.
